Culinary Legends Mark Rosenstein and Sam Etheridge partner to present what will surely be the wine dinner of the year! Extraordinary, timeless recipes tweaked just a touch and paired with exclusive wines. Chefs Rosenstein and Etheridge will discuss their careers, their food, their philosophies and pairings on Tuesday, October 21st at Quench! in Reynolds Village, Woodfin.
 
The Asheville Citizen Times wrote: "Rosenstein was only 19 when he opened The Frog and Owl Cafe in Highlands. There, he established what he called a local food "habit," and made connections with farmers and producers he brought with him to Asheville when he opened The Market Place  in 1979."
