Join us on Thursday, July 10th at Quench! Wine Bistro in Woodfin for a White Wine Pairing Dinner with Corvée wines from Trentino Italy starting at 6pm. Hosted by Mario Esposito, part owner of Corvée, and Gwen Bell of 3 Keys Distribution, the wines will be paired with a menu created specifically for this warm weather occasion by Chef Sam Etheridge.
Marco Esposito launched this wine project with a vision to honor the historic terraced vineyards of The Cembra Valley in Trentino. It's a collaborative venture rooted in sustainability and tradition that emphasizes environmentally conscious winemaking while celebrating the region’s unique alpine terroir.
Corvée sits at the foot of The Dolomites in The Cembra Valley, an austere land between two UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The Dolomites, by which it is surrounded; and miles of dry-stone walls, on which winegrowing and land preservation has been a tradition for generations.
Corvée wines have won some of the most authoritative awards in recent years including the "Tre Bicchieri" of The Gambero Rosso Guide.
