Ken Wright Dinner Review by Diners GG and SG!
Good morning John and Gina!
What an evening at Ken Wright's Oregon Thanksgiving Dinner. The dinner that Sam and his team curated and prepared was beyond amazing! They absolutely knocked it out of the park. Every course was an absolute delight - visual, lots of depth, and absolutely danced on the tongue! The salmon that had been smoked was absolutely generous! Ditto for Sam's take on the Thanksgiving green beans - definitely not our mother's. 😝 After we left, we wished that we could have done it all over again. Delightfully, we can since we know that there will be more wine dinners coming our way. We plan to keep in touch with two new friends that we met last evening (VH and DH) and attend future dinners together!
Quench will be our staple (we are returning next week with a few neighbors on Thursday evening). Thanks ever so much, John and Gina, for your insight and efforts to roll out such a tremendous place!
