st course: welcome small bites with Sangria Tinto and Blanco
nd course: bright tapas with Vall Llach Porrera Vi de Via Blanco- 100% white grenache from one of the harshest and wildest wine producing regions in the world. Nearly vertical mountainous vineyards with a temperate climate and little rainfall create uniquely beautiful and structured wines. This limited production white stuns with aromas of kumquat, herbs and orange peel and a rich, bright palate.
rd course: rich tapas with Vall Llach Embruix - This traditional red blend of Carinena, Garnacha, Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah is a storybook representation of the region. With full evidence of the Licorella and slate that defines the region, this wine is complex with enticing minerality, dark bramble fruit, spice and fine tannins.
th course: paella with Morca Godina-Created from carefully selected plots and aged in French oak, this old-vine Grenache is dry farmed for an intensely structured wine. Deep notes of plum, dark cherry, fresh cocoa and hints of spice make for a versatile and rustic representation.
th course: dessert with Perelada Stars Brut Rose- Produced methode champenoise with predominantly Spanish varietals, this sparkling Rose is delicate and bright with notes of strawberry, rose blossom and pommegranate.
