About: Tasting Styles of White Bordeaux at Quench!
Everyone knows that Bordeaux is famous for red wine. But not as many realize that Sauvignon Blanc is also from Bordeaux. And blending this varietal with Semillon is what is called White Bordeaux, or Bordeaux Blanc. It is, however, the terroir of the grapes and the amount of each varietal in the blend that makes all the difference.
Please join importer Jean Christian Rostagni at Quench! in Reynolds Village in Woodfin to try four styles of White Bordeaux. The event takes place "at the QBar" and "on the house" from 4-6 on Friday, March 21st with presentations by Jean Christian at 4 and 5 pm.
